The hotel will have a block of rooms reserved for retreat attendees
at a special rate.

This room includes a mini frig, micro & coffee pot (plus tax brings this to about $78/$39 per night, although tax may change)
*Standard $59 per room per night (double occupancy) or $30.00 per person per night
No mini frig or micro (plus tax brings this to about $68/$34 per night, although tax may change)
*The Hotel is remodeling and ALL ROOMS will be NON-Smoking.
However, we have been assured that outside there will still be designated smoking areas.
No class confirmations will be issued until fees are paid in full.
For those who are signing up before the classes are up, know that you will have first choice in order of payment received!
Cancellation Policy (All refunds will be paid by CIFI check.)
JANUARY 1 TO JANUARY 31, 2012
Cancellation notification from January 1, but prior to February 1 will result in a cancellation fee of 10% being deducted from your refund.
FEBRUARY 1 TO FEBRUARY 28, 2012
Cancellation notification from February 1, but prior to March 1, will result in a cancellation fee of 50% being deducted from your refund.
AFTER FEBRUARY 28, 2012
No refunds will be made on or after March 1, due to teacher payment requirements and hotel fees.
Any returned checks will carry a $25.00 processing fee!
